I bought this back when I was living in Japan. Trust me, i've tried every kind of eyeliner from Nyx, elf, brand names. They all smudge I have no idea why, it might be that asian eyelids are oily. Since this is a Japanese brand I think it's made for oily eyelids. This is the ONLY eyeliner I have every tried in my entire life that doesn't smudge and stays all day. I also love the applicator and packaging. I've had eyeliners like the NYX one that was so difficult to open and ink would spray everywhere and the bristles would bend and smush. i have never had an issue with this and the applicator is so thin I can make the sharpest line. I LOVE this brand, I want to try their other products too.

Whenever eyeliner reviews said it doesn’t smudge I never believed it. I have very oily eyes and my eyeliner wings are usually gone by the end of the day. Not this one. This stays perfectly all day everyday. It is also very black and easy to use. I will be repurchasing over and over again.

Holds up better than most of the stuff here in the US. It’s definitely worth the money and the wait. Like most stuff you will need makeup wipes to remove. But that’s a good thing if you want your liner to last.

The price is a little high than other brand though it is very easy to use and it keeps a long hours as water proof!!!
