Can I pick up my orders?

Yes! Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout. No minimum purchase required. You'll get an email when your order is ready. Pickup at Unit 107, 2600 John St, Markham, ON, L3R 3W3, Mon–Fri 10AM–5PM (except holidays). No appointment needed. Check our Google Hours for occasional special hours.
Can I shop in-store?

Currently, we don't have a display at our front office, so in-store shopping is not available.
How long until I get a response?

We reply Mon–Fri, 10AM–5PM. Usually within 24 hours, but may take longer during busy periods.
When will out-of-stock products be back?

Click "Notify Me When Available" on the product page. You'll get an email as soon as it's back in stock.
Do new customers get a discount?

Yes! 10% off your first order with code OBYNEW10. If you forget, you can still use it on your next order (as long as your account hasn't used it yet).
Can I cancel my order?

Yes, before it ships. Email cs@oceanbuy.ca to cancel. Refunds take 3–5 business days to appear.
How does pre-order work?

Pre-order items usually ship in 3–5 business days. Your entire order ships once the pre-order item arrives at our warehouse.
Not sure what skincare to use?

Email cs@oceanbuy.ca with your skin type or concerns. We'll recommend the best products for you.
Want a product we don't carry?
