After shipping, the package will arrives in about 1-5 days in SELECTED AREA.

After shipping, the package will arrives in about 1-5 days in Ontario and Quebec area , and others will arrive in 5-10 days in the rest of the provinces.
USA DELIVERY : ( 1-5 Business Day)
Free shipping over $99 CAD to United States (U.S).
If the order amount is not meet, you will need to pay $12.99 USD for shipping.
After shipping, the package will arrives in about 5-10 days in us.
SHIPPING LOWER 48 STATES is unavailable for customers located in Alaska and Hawaii.
Please note – there is no mail service available on Canada Public holidays. An additional business day may be added to your shipping timeframe if your delivery period includes a public holiday.

Parcel customs duty description
Orders sent from Canada to the United States may incur tariffs and other taxes borne by the customer.
About parcel delivery failure
The package was returned due to the customer’s wrong name, address, and other contents, not being at home or traveling, etc. It was not an error by OCEANBUY that caused the package to return.
After receiving the returned package, OCEANBUY will notify the customer via e-mail or phone. If the customer needs to resend the package, the customer shall pay the corresponding shipping fee.
It is reasonable for the company responsible for parcel delivery to adopt the following delivery methods according to the user’s receiving address:
- Directly deliver the parcel to the door for signature.
- In your community email, Parcel Locker.
- Leave a card notice and ask the customer to pick up the package at a nearby designated pick-up point.
Pick-up
Order pick-up rules: You need to place an order on the website or with WeChat customer service. After the order is completed, make an appointment to the store to pick it up 2 hours in advance. You need to show it when you pick it up
