Works on Neogen Mascara!

Finally found something that removes Neogen’s mascara. Previously only the Heroine Mascara remover can remove that but it was getting too goopy and unhygienic. Wanted something that was effective and doesn’t contaminate the product as I was using it. This delivers!

BEST WATERPROOF EYE MAKEUP REMOVER

I use waterproof mascara and eye makeup and I’ve always had a hard time removing my makeup completely after a night out. This product is a game changer. I apply a couple drops onto a cotton pad and dab it around my eyes and it does wonders. My eyes are never irritated when I use this makeup remover.
