How to Use
Dispense an appropriate amount of toner onto a cotton pad or into the palms of your hands. Gently pat the toner onto your face and neck, allowing it to absorb fully into the skin. For added hydration, the toner can also be applied with a cotton pad left on the face for about five minutes, similar to a sheet mask.
