This cleansing balm is a fantastic first step in my nightly routine. I love that it's unscented, and it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin or eyes at all. The key is to massage it in to dry skin for at least 30 seconds, then wet your hands and massage it further for 10 seconds before washing off and going in with your facial cleanser. The tub is massive and lasts a while - I will definitely be repurchasing!

I have tried numerous cleansing balms with minimal results. First off, the price compared to the amount of product is an amazing deal, lasting me on average 2-3 months since a tiny amount is all that's needed to remove makeup, sunscreen, and dirt from the skin. It comes with a spatula to scoop the product, though I have noticed a few times the spatula is missing, which isn't a deal-breaker for me. The product itself is smooth and melts into the hands and skin, breaking apart anything that was applied in minutes. It leaves no residue after being washed off, and it doesn't make my eyes foggy. I suffer from acne and have noticed a reduced number of breakouts since using this product for the past year. I recommend it for all skin types and make sure to double cleanse after use!

Tried this cleansing balm first and loved it. Tried others after it but with the amount you get for the price compared to others on Amazon, I’ll be sticking with this. Scent isn’t overly perfume my which I like.

the very cheap scent ruined most of the experience of removing makeup the face. it reminds me the soaps provided in the low graded hotel. everything else it great and no residual left aftermath.

Absolutely obsessed with this product now. You can really feel all the dirt and grit it gets out of your pores. Very impressed. I use it twice a day now and have already bought another for when mine runs out.

This cleansing balm is the only cleansing balm that I found that doesn't have the ingredient polyethylene, polyethylene is a form of plastic found in most cleansing balms which is bad for the environment

I've been ordering this cleansing balm for more than two years. It doesn't smell, it melts makeup perfectly, and, the most important thing for me, it washes off with water. You can use a cloth if you wish, but you don't have to. I don't use waterproof cosmetics and can't advise, but ordinary BB cream, concealer, blush, mascara and lipstick it removes perfectly. By the way, it works for long wear lipstick too. The price is going up, unfortunately, but price / quality ratio is unbeatable for me so far.

This cleansing balm is beautiful. It goes on easily and removes makeup. It rinses off with water easily. Don't waste your money on cheap cleansing balms because once you experience a great one like this you will be disappointed with cheaper ones.

First time using a cleansing balm. It is luxurious. Makes my skin feel so soft. Cleans better than any other cleanser I have used in the past. Will repurchase!
