Sister in law recommended this for my skin when I complained of painful breakouts after a medication change. I apply it after cleansing and toning, before moisturiser. It took a little getting used to to figure out how much to apply (you really don't need much, maybe 4 drops if you massage it around your face) but it absorbs a lot better than vitamin E oil, which is something else I'd tried. My skin isn't clear, but it seems less stressed--it doesn't go totally dry one day and really oily the next like it was before I started using it a few weeks ago. My skin isn't clear, and maybe things would have calmed down by now anyway, but I am also experiencing fewer painful, cystic blemishes, and that seems worth it to me.

I've also been adding a little to the ends of my hair after washing. Haven't noticed a huge difference yet, but I'm hoping that long-term I'll see fewer split ends.

Same type of oil from other sellers, like Sephora, is very pricey. I'm happy with the quality of this stuff.
