Return Policy
At Oceanbuy, we accept returns and issue store credits for unopened, non-hygienic items only. Please note that Clearance and Final Sale products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We strive to ensure that all our products meet the highest standards of quality. Therefore, certain products are considered final sale due to hygienic reasons. These include:
- Hair & Beauty Tools
- Lipsticks
- Socks & Slippers
For all other cases, please refer to the following return rules:
- Returns/exchangesare permitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Items purchased online must be returned by mail.
- Returned items must be unopened, unused, and undamaged.
- Oceanbuyis not responsible for the return shipping fee.
