Return & Exchanges Policy

At Oceanbuy, we accept returns and issue store credits for unopened, non-hygienic items. Please note that Clearance and Final Sale items, such as hair and beauty tools, lipsticks, and socks or slippers, cannot be returned.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery, and items should be unused, unopened, and in good condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

To start a return or exchange, simply email us at cs@oceanbuy.ca with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
