Discount codes do not apply to shipping and the consumption tax.

Only one coupon or discount code may be applied per order.

Coupons and discount codes may not apply to sale items, combo sale, defect items or expiring items, or may not combined with any other coupons, discounts, offers, or promotions.

THE RULES FOR REDEEM YOUR REWARD POINTS

Oceanbuy Rewards lets you earn points toward rewards and benefits, so the more you shop with us, the better it gets.

You Spend $1 CAD get 1 point
100 Points can be Redeemed 1.00 CAD

if account email is not verified, Reward points will not be recorded.

Reward Points are not have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash. And only one account can be use.

Reward points can be used on all products, including discounted products, and is no expiration date.

Oceanbuy.ca reserves the right to clear Reward points for abnormal accounts.

After the order is successfully completed, the Reward points will be automatically sent to the account.

Example: An product is sold for CAD$100, and Reward points earned for buying the products are 100 points  =CAD $1

If the order status is cancelled, refunded, or returned, the Reward points already used for the order will be returned to the account.

Oceanbuy.ca supports a refund of the price difference within our website.

If the price is adjusted after the order placement, please send an email within seven days, including holidays, to customer service to explain the order status.

We will refund equivalent points and refund to your Original Payment Method. Priority will be given to refund the REWARD POINT used for the order.

Reward points details can be checked in the "My Account" - "My Rewards" option.

Rewards points are not available for the following purchases

1. Government sale tax
2. Shipping costs
