A lot of toners on the market steer away from the purpose of a toner. Many of them are full of active ingredients, fragrance, minerals, and abrasive ingredients. I sought out the Dokdo toner for the fact that it is water-like and does what a toner is supposed to do, hydrate and prepare the skin to absorb your regimen like a sponge. I am entirely happy with how this feels on my skin, calming and hydrating. It doesn’t get in the way of my retinols, AHA’s, or creams, and is perfect for night and day usage.
