My ordered product was indicated as « delivered » When I reached out to them that I hadn’t received any product, I got a response 2 days later saying that a wrong tracking number was sent to me, and that I will receive the product that day. The product never came; instead the following day I got an email saying that there was attempt to deliver the product during the Easter weekend but my place seemed closed because it may be business place. I responded that my place which is a bungalow between other bungalows does not in anyway look like a business place.
Till this time of writing, I’m yet to hear from them or receive my product.
I got a response to my review from Oceanbuy. It says, "The carrier company has just informed us that your package was delivered yesterday, and we’ve attached the proof of delivery for your reference."
Well, I still have not received the product, and I didn't see any attachment in the response from Oceanbuy. As I was home all day yesterday, I'm wondering where and when the item was "delivered".
This is becoming frustrating
It turned out that there was a mix-up in the delivery address. As such, and because of the prompt communication/responses of Oceanbuy, I am WITHDRAWING the 1-STAR review. I will re-evaluate when I get my product.
Though I am yet to get my product, I am changing my rating to 4 stars due to the effective communication and efforts made by Oceanbuy to resolve the issue
