I purchased a couple products from their website about 3 days ago. All products were tested and they were indeed authentic! With some of the prices, I was a bit speculate at first but after reading a couple reviews and scrolling around on reddit, I pulled the trigger. To my pleasure, everything was legit! This website is definitely a hidden gem. Will make more purchases for sure!

My ordered product was indicated as « delivered » When I reached out to them that I hadn’t received any product, I got a response 2 days later saying that a wrong tracking number was sent to me, and that I will receive the product that day. The product never came; instead the following day I got an email saying that there was attempt to deliver the product during the Easter weekend but my place seemed closed because it may be business place. I responded that my place which is a bungalow between other bungalows does not in anyway look like a business place. Till this time of writing, I’m yet to hear from them or receive my product. I got a response to my review from Oceanbuy. It says, "The carrier company has just informed us that your package was delivered yesterday, and we’ve attached the proof of delivery for your reference." Well, I still have not received the product, and I didn't see any attachment in the response from Oceanbuy. As I was home all day yesterday, I'm wondering where and when the item was "delivered". This is becoming frustrating It turned out that there was a mix-up in the delivery address. As such, and because of the prompt communication/responses of Oceanbuy, I am WITHDRAWING the 1-STAR review. I will re-evaluate when I get my product. Though I am yet to get my product, I am changing my rating to 4 stars due to the effective communication and efforts made by Oceanbuy to resolve the issue

I’m glad I braved out to place my first order with Oceanbuy this summer. The shopping experience is a blast! Just so happen they carry all the items I am looking for with very competitive prices. (Comparison to Stylevana, Yesstyle, H Mart, T&T, etc..) Processing and shipping time are reasonable (order placed on Aug 4th; fulfilled on the 6th; delivered by Uni Uni to Burnaby BC on the 10th/11th) I’m particularly impressed with how they carefully wrapped up contents in my parcel. All item packages received in mint condition. I have opened and examined each one of them. Everything is perfect including the expiry dates if labeled. I can definitely shop with confidence on Oceanbuy.ca in the near future. Highly recommended if they carry items you are looking for!

Had such a positive experience with Oceanbuy. The order takes a few days to process but you get emailed periodically with updates and the shipping was quite fast. Got my order or 6 items within a week or so even though I was anticipating more. Will definitely be ordering more from them in the future!

was able to place an order online and pick it up later in the day. The email confirmation provided address, instructions and a photo to help you find the warehouse! Easy to follow. Friendly service. Will use again. Also found my usual products on sale ! So happy to have found them :)

This online store is great as you have both Korean and Japanese product options. You get good reward points as well every time you purchase. Only down side is I wish they opt for better shipping provider - UniUni sucks!! they are slow and never deliver the package to your door. They just dump the package in the lobby of your apartment building risking thefts. One has to constantly track the shipping. If your are living in a private individual home then I guess your package would be safe.

The cheapest prices out there for Korean and Japanese skincare! The delivery was incredibly fast—just one week—and the products arrived in perfect condition. The carrier company they work with was very accommodating, scheduling the delivery based on my availability. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my experience and highly recommend this store!

Dear customer service staff, I have been your customer for more than two years. I mostly order Japanese diapers Merries or Moony, Moony Natural and I am always satisfied with the quality of the purchased goods. I speak positively about your store and always recommend it to my friends. Unfortunately, lately, the delivery process has gotten extremely screwed up. On my last order I waited over a week for delivery and I find this unacceptable. Also, the price for door to door delivery is extremely high as I live on the outskirts of Ottawa. I would like you to improve your delivery service. Thank you for your interest.

I'm really pleased with the selection, service, and shipping speed from Oceanbuy.ca I found several of my staple products, priced lower than most places. Everything was packed super securely (6 bottles of various sizes), and the included sample looks lovely. Thank you!

I ordered some skincare and a hair serum from Oceanbuy and i’m impressed with the delivery. Just to mention that I live in Edmonton. My order was placed on the 16th, shipped on the 18th, and delivered today (27th). The whole process was easy and quick. One thing is just that there was just a little leak(like very little) of the hair serum inside the packaging(not in the whole box just within the packaging that comes with it). The product itself is fine and i just cleaned it a bit, nothing was broken and i didn’t mind it. Other skincare arrived perfectly in the box and nothing was damaged. Overall a very good experience, considering the price that was very cheap compared to others, the ease of buying and a quick delivery.

So happy I was able to find what I was looking for at this store especially because it's sold out everywhere else! Order came in fairly quickly. Just sucks had to pay $10 for shipping given its within Ontario.

I found some great deals for liese hair dye. Company was very pleasant to deal with, shipping was as expected and within a few days. Only thing I'll say is the website says free samples come with every order but I received none, so had to reflect this by reducing the rating by a star. Other than that I would purchase from this site again if it had a good deal on a product I want.

First time purchasing from this store and it was a great experience. The prices are within reasonable range, a decent variety of products to choose from, and fast shipping. Items came in within less than a week of arrival and packed securely with no damages. I'm glad there's a reliable and fast online shop for Asian beauty products in Toronto.
