Works on Neogen Mascara!

Finally found something that removes Neogen’s mascara. Previously only the Heroine Mascara remover can remove that but it was getting too goopy and unhygienic. Wanted something that was effective and doesn’t contaminate the product as I was using it. This delivers!

I apply a couple drops onto a cotton pad and dab it around my eyes and it does wonders. My eyes are never irritated when I use this makeup remover. It works like the Lancôme eye remover but this is better since it’s half the price. For anyone that has a hard time removing WATERPROOF eye makeup, please give this product a try.
