At Oceanbuy, we accept returns and issue store credits for unopened, non-hygienic items only. Please note that Clearance and Final Sale products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We strive to ensure that all our products meet the highest standards of quality. Therefore, certain products are considered final sale due to hygienic reasons. These include:

Returns/exchangesare permitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Items purchased online must be returned by mail.
Returned items must be unopened, unused, and undamaged.
Oceanbuyis not responsible for the return shipping fee.

Works like it should

Makes your skin feel clean and visibly removes any make up left over after cleansing. My skin is sensitive and this product doesn't bother it. However I do sometimes get a few small bumps after using these pads, could be that I don't really need them, and that my pores are just clogged and not needing an acne pore cleanser pad.
