For oversized packages over 2kg (such as diapers or noodles), additional charges may apply depending on the package size and destination.

If the actual shipping cost is much higher than expected, we may contact you to discuss options or, if necessary, cancel the order.

US Orders

Due to recent changes to the Section 321 de minimis exemption, we've temporarily paused shipments to the U.S.

International Orders

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout according to your delivery address.

International duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Additional charges may be applied by the carrier upon delivery.

How long does it take to ship after I place an order?

Usually 1-3 business days. Shipping may take longer during holidays or high-volume periods.

Can I pick up my order? Is there a fee?

Yes! Select "Pickup" at checkout and collect your order at Unit 107, 2600 John St, Markham, ON, L3R 3W3 during 10 AM - 5 PM.

Where does Oceanbuy ship packages from?

All our orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada, so you can expect fast and reliable delivery across Canada and beyond!

Will I get an email with my tracking info?

Yes! Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with tracking details.

Which courier does Oceanbuy use?

We use FlashBox, Canada Post, UPS, or Intelcome, depending on your location and package size.

Can I add products to my order?

Yes! Contact cs@oceanbuy.ca to add items before your order ships. Once shipped, products cannot be added.

Will my orders be combined?

Yes! Orders to the same person and address may be combined into a single shipment without notice.

When will my pre-order ship?

Your pre-order will ship once the item is back in stock, which usually takes 3-5 business days. Your order will be held until then.

What happens if delivery fails?

If a package is returned due to a wrong address, you can:

  • Reship the order (customer pays extra shipping), or
  • Refund the product only (shipping cost + 10% restocking fee may apply).

Please monitor your tracking, as the courier may not contact you. Multiple failed deliveries follow the same rules.

What if my package is missing or stolen?

Oceanbuy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please track your order and consider a shipping protection plan for extra security.

What is the Shipping Protection Plan?

The Shipping Protection Plan protects your package from damage, loss, or theft. You can add it at checkout, and the fee is based on your order's total value.
