Customer Relationship Specialist

Job Title: Customer Relationship SpecialistJob Responsibilities:

Create compelling marketing emails to re-engage visitors who didn’t make a purchase
Segment customers by tagging them based on needs, interests, and behaviors
Use email, SMS, and other tools to increase repeat purchases and customer retention
Conduct research to understand customer needs and create personalized marketing strategies
Assist in developing new customer leads and improving conversion rates

Requirements:

At least 1 year of marketing experience, familiar with email and SMS marketing strategies
Experience in customer segmentation and tag management, with the ability to create targeted campaigns for different customer groups
Strong research and analytical skills to understand and respond to customer needs
Excellent communication skills, creative writing ability, and results-oriented mindset
Knowledge of North American, Japanese, and Korean beauty products is a plus

Work Hours: Part-time, flexible hours
