Key Responsibilities:
- TikTok Video Creation & Management: Skilled in shooting, editing, and managing video content for TikTok, with a focus on beauty products from Korea and Japan.
- Social Media Operations: Experience in running and managing Instagram, Facebook, and Reddit platforms, including posting, community engagement, and running ad campaigns that highlight Asian beauty trends.
- Content Creation: Ability to develop creative and engaging content, including photos and videos, tailored for each platform, with a focus on the latest in Korean and Japanese beauty.
- Image Editing: Proficiency in editing images for social media posts and marketing materials, ensuring that products look their best and align with the brand’s aesthetic.
- Beauty Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Korean and Japanese beauty products, trends, and the ability to craft content that resonates with beauty consumers interested in these markets.
- KOL Collaboration: Experience in working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), especially those with a focus on K-beauty and J-beauty, to promote our brand and products.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Reddit algorithms and strategies.
- Proficiency in image editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
- Interest and knowledge of Korean and Japanese beauty products and trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
