At Oceabuy we want to ensure all our products are of the highest standard for quality.

As a result, a few products are sold at final sale for safety, health and hygenic reasons such as beauty accessories, apparel, cutlery, hair accessories, and jewelry. Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. Thanks for shopping at Oceanbuy!

Due to COVID-19 and other’s safety requests, we kindly ask that all items requested for return / exchange are not used or expired, undamaged and unopened packaging. Items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received it, and are in the original box and/or packaging with all tags, if any.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. In the unlikely event that you do receive a defective product, we implore you to contact our customer support team at cs@oceanbuy.ca

How to return

If you wish to return item(s) purchased from our website, please email our customer support team at support@oceanbuy.ca. Further instructions are provided on a case by case basis.

ALL SALE / DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED

Oceanbuy will not offer store credit for any open, used, or damaged products. Customers are to provide photos of their returning products before being shipped in case of damage during transit.

You must notify us for any discrepancies with your order within 7 days after delivery. Please be advised that we may not assist you in your inquiry if you fail to notify us within the named period.

Please be advised that these general guidelines are subject to change on a case by case basis.

Defects

If you received a defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt via email.

Please explain the nature of the defect and include photos or video. For items received via our courier, and if the item is damaged will require photos of the inner and outer packaging for evidence.

Non-defects

We want you to be happy with your purchase and allow returns within 7 days of receipt even if there is no defect. All unopened products that do not affect the resale returned at the customer’s expense Oceanbuy.ca will not be responsible for any return or replacement shipping fees charges.

You will be eligible for exchange with a similar item / any item of your choice, for which you may top up any difference.

Please note If the product caused allergies that will not be allowed to return, please be careful before ordering and make sure to avoid which ingredients may be allergic.

The returned items must use the original packaging (including invoice and any gifts).

Apply a return and exchange application-application passed- send back the original package-customer service will check the product -customers can choose to exchange or refund-the exchange will be shipped again or the refund will be directly returned to the account used for payment.OCEANBUY reserves the right to change our return policy and/or reject any exchange request for any reason without prior notice. In case of any dispute, OCEANBUY reserves the right of final decision.

Out of Stock Items

In the event that your order includes an item that is out of stock, we will refund the amount of the item that was out of stock, and will proceed to deliver the rest of the order.

We will inform you if the item is out of stock and ask if you would like to get a refund for that item or replace it with a different design or item.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order anytime before shipping.

If you want to cancel the order after shipping, please opt to return the item at the terms above under non-defects.

Made my hair really soft and last awhile

Great at calming my red cheeks

After just one use, I saw a huge difference in my skin. The redness in my cheeks was noticeably lighter.

Leaves lips so soft. Does a great job at conditioning the skin and repairing after a rough dry winter. Smells great. It's a little sticky, but of course it is. A little pricy for sure, but it works so it's up to you to decide if it's worth it for ya!

Does it’s job

I am on my second bottle and like this toner. I spritz it every morning and evening. So far no issues and would continue to buy.

Removes makeup and sunscreen

A little dab goes a long way to completely remove makeup with no irritation to eyes. Would definitely buy again.

Skin feels smooth & soft after application. I have sensitive skin but so far there has been no reaction. Product is pricey but just a little amount is needed so hoping it would last long!

Too spicy and pricy

I LOVE samyang noodles but these 2x are so spicy they can't be fully enjoyed. Use a bit (a LOT) of soy milk to tame it, and please don't use all the sauce. Taste different amounts to be sure. And if there's a Korean store next to you buy it there.

Gentle and it works

More gentle than most but still works well. I have sensitive skin and it doesn’t cause any redness. I use it twice a week especially in the winter when the skin tends to be dry. I have baby skin after the use.

Still testing the Waters

I’m new to the skin care world, and I purchased this product after seeing some reviews on Tik Tok. I like it, but I still have to give it some time to see if it’s actually working on my skin. I have very sensitive skin, and it doesn’t irritate it at all. It doesn’t make my face feel completely dry either.

I have superrrr dry skin so this saved my skin! I went through it in a month and a half so not thrilled it didn’t last as long as other moisturizers but honestly I love it too much it’s worth it to me

I've incorporated this toner into my skincare routine, and while I haven't noticed any dramatic changes, it's been gentle on my sensitive skin. I usually apply it with a cotton pad, mainly in the evenings. Overall, I'm happy with the product.

Great for the price!

It’s actually so good and so moisturizing. It’s pretty glossy and thick so even though you can use it in the day time, I love using it at night because my lips feel so soft and look so full by the time I wake up. The scent is very interesting and I can’t quite put my finger on what it is but I think it’s cherry. Either way, great lip mask!
