Customer Relationship Specialist

Job Title: Customer Relationship SpecialistJob Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling marketing emails to re-engage visitors who didn’t make a purchase
  • Segment customers by tagging them based on needs, interests, and behaviors
  • Use email, SMS, and other tools to increase repeat purchases and customer retention
  • Conduct research to understand customer needs and create personalized marketing strategies
  • Assist in developing new customer leads and improving conversion rates

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of marketing experience, familiar with email and SMS marketing strategies
  • Experience in customer segmentation and tag management, with the ability to create targeted campaigns for different customer groups
  • Strong research and analytical skills to understand and respond to customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills, creative writing ability, and results-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of North American, Japanese, and Korean beauty products is a plus

Work Hours: Part-time, flexible hours
