How to Use
Wash your hands first to ensure proper hygiene. Remove the pad from its packaging. Remove the sticky liner from the back of the pad. Center the pad in your underwear with the wings facing down. Wrap the wings around the sides of your underwear and press firmly against the fabric to secure the pad in place. Adjust the pad as needed to ensure proper coverage and comfort. When changing your pad, gently remove it from your underwear and dispose of it properly.
