How to Use
First, put one pack of barley leaf powder into a shaker or cup (make sure to put everything in so that nothing remains in the bag). Pour in 100ml of water, soy milk, milk, etc. Shake well as the powder is fine. (Do not use with boiling water.) Stir quickly to avoid lumps. (Adding ice makes it even more delicious.) You can drink 1-2 packs a day at any time. You can also warm it up in the microwave and enjoy it hot. *If it is heated too much, it will separate, but this does not affect the quality.
