It is a non adhesive double formed liquid. Natural double with soft film
Fix it by wiping gently even if you fail! I can start over again. When painted and dried it creates a thin film on the eyelid to make a natural folding duplex. Latex (Rubber) type becomes transparent when dry You can enjoy eye makeup from the top.

Directions

Apply 2mm line for the best and natural double-eyelid finish. Re-apply after 1~2 minutes when necessary.
