Due to COVID-19 and other’s safety requests, we kindly ask that all items requested for return / exchange are not used or expired, undamaged and unopened packaging. Items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received it, and are in the original box and/or packaging with all tags, if any.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. In the unlikely event that you do receive a defective product, we implore you to contact our customer support team at email@example.com

How to return
If you wish to return item(s) purchased from our website, please email our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Further instructions are provided on a case by case basis.
ALL SALE / DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED
Oceanbuy will not offer store credit for any open, used, or damaged products. Customers are to provide photos of their returning products before being shipped in case of damage during transit.
You must notify us for any discrepancies with your order within 7 days after delivery. Please be advised that we may not assist you in your inquiry if you fail to notify us within the named period.
Please be advised that these general guidelines are subject to change on a case by case basis.
If you received a defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt via email.
Please explain the nature of the defect and include photos or video. For items received via our courier, and if the item is damaged will require photos of the inner and outer packaging for evidence.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and allow returns within 7 days of receipt even if there is no defect. All unopened products that do not affect the resale returned at the customer’s expense Oceanbuy.ca will not be responsible for any return or replacement shipping fees charges.
You will be eligible for exchange with a similar item / any item of your choice, for which you may top up any difference.
Please note If the product caused allergies that will not be allowed to return, please be careful before ordering and make sure to avoid which ingredients may be allergic.
The returned items must use the original packaging (including invoice and any gifts).
Apply a return and exchange application-application passed- send back the original package-customer service will check the product -customers can choose to exchange or refund-the exchange will be shipped again or the refund will be directly returned to the account used for payment.OCEANBUY reserves the right to change our return policy and/or reject any exchange request for any reason without prior notice. In case of any dispute, OCEANBUY reserves the right of final decision.
Out of Stock Items
In the event that your order includes an item that is out of stock, we will refund the amount of the item that was out of stock, and will proceed to deliver the rest of the order.
We will inform you if the item is out of stock and ask if you would like to get a refund for that item or replace it with a different design or item.
You can cancel your order anytime before shipping.
If you want to cancel the order after shipping, please opt to return the item at the terms above under non-defects.
