with a 1.5mm core, it is ultra fine and allows for control when creating smooth, precise lines!
with a soft gel type ultra-fine core, you can easily draw delicate lines.
eye liner gel contains instant lock ingredient, which quickly fixes from a melting gel to the eyelids.

How to use

use the gel eye liner pencil to tightline for a wide-eyed look.

Perfect for tight lining

Perfect for tight lining - doesn’t smudge or giv free raccoon eyes by the end of the day. I’ve purchased this multiple times and finally got a subscription - worth every penny

Lasted long but ended up smudging

I got this liner for my waterline. Although it did last for about 4 hours. it did end up smudging down my eyes after a while.

THE ONE

I’ve tried all the liners and this ONE is it! It’s the only liner that actually stays on and doesn’t smudge off under my eye. Every liner may say that it’s waterproof but you can trust them when they say waterproof lol. I use this and the liquid liner from KISSME, perfection! <3

Better than most

It lasted longer than most eyeliners. Easy to glide on. The only problem is when I used artificial tears, it melted like all other waterproof eyeliners. Since I haven't found one that can withstand the artificial tears, I am not counting this against it. Overall, one of the better ones, I'd say but there are comparable ones that cost less.
