I'm not a huge fan of really hot, hot sauce and I bought this for my husband for his stocking but I actually really enjoy it too! Has good flavor and not too hot.

Very hot but a blast to eat. Tastes a bit like concentrated chicken broth though but that's to be expected considering where the product is originally used.

You only need a little bit for making things spicy. The only downside is the price for such a small bottle.

You can buy this at your local Chinese market for about four bucks buy it there instead
